How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    Most definitely want the contact list of the old back...critical for me to have my group of contacts, as well.

    Same here, I just went to find my list of people, can't find it and I need to delete someone!!!! I sure hope you are not paying your "bean counters" too much money, cause they ain't got it right yet!

    for those not able to go to their contacts I found at the top of the
    big place on the right side an icon with little squares when holding
    the curser over it ,it doesn't ID but clicking it opened my complete
    contact list.Now if someone might tell me what happened to the extra
    folders I added to the left side that I put mails I want to save in named
    saved and another called health links both of which have mysteriously
    disappeared . clearly they pushed this down our throats before it was
    ready for prime time. Hope they get some one with their head out of
    their A$$ to fix this mess and like now.

    New Yahoo Mail sucks. What good is this turkey without a contacts list next to and visible in the compose section....have to transfer everything to TBird..

    Yes...Where are my contacts. I do not like this new format. Also I cant do anything like bold, italics, highlight etc. Poor replacement for a system that worked just fine. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!!!

    This is infuriating. Can you not make the contacts button obvious and simple and workable? Seems like email 101 to me.

    Totally agree- I cannot use the new yahoo without access to my contacts. This new version is ridiculous. Everything takes forever to load, and is missing essential functions. I am president of a retiree union group with about 500 members, and need access to these contacts which need frequent updating. This "new" yahoo is useless.

    There appears to be no way to access my contacts. The only thing I can do is to type in a name and hope it appears. Sometimes I would like to print out my contacts in order to give the addresses to another person; cannot do!

    I completely agree with leslie Sherriff, i want my old contacts back because i need them when i want to contact those people. This new Yahoo mail is not working properly and there are lots of features that don't exist anymore so please get your act together and make your new product a progression instead of a limitation.

    The only route to find/update contacts is via a return to the 'old' email
    Why does this still remain an issue?

    I have my contacts, but only their email addresses. I have spent hours on this. The chat person is hopeless.

    Contacts do not work from selecting To:, CC: or BCC. Yahoo Web email has taken MAJOR step BACKWARDS. None of the workarounds proposed by Yahoo mail support team, DO NOT Work. The is the 21st century.. It is time for Yahoo mail to understand.

    You do not release a 1/2 baked product.
