How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    Thanks for giving me a way to access the old version of Yahoo Mail. Until they iron out the myriad of bugs in "Yahoo Pro Mail", I am going to switch back to the the old version.

    Yahoo has rolled out some questionable changes before, but this "new" Yahoo Mail takes the cake for the poorest testing ever. Actually all of this mess begs the question: did they test it?

    I can't find my contacts, either. Just fix this: don't tell me it's intuitive! Programmers live in a different world.

    Just spent 3 HOURS after a couple last week trying to create a new list from a csv import file, following all the directions, still no success. Not about to type 400 emails individually - Please fix it immediately or I'm switching to another server.

    I am finding this very annoying as well. I like to have a contact list of my own then I can create my groups. This is very important when you are running different groups or on a couple of committees, How do I add to my contacts list in the new Yahoo?
    I am not happy being sent to the old system then being asked to use the new system ( I scream at the computer at this point.).

    I can't find my contacts at all. When I accidentally find them, most are missing. This version stinks.

    CONTACT LIST NOT CHANGE BECAUSE THAT PATTERN WAS WE ARE UNDER STANDING STRONGLY.

    How to lose 1,000,000 users: introduce a "new improved" version of something that previously worked fine, that causes customers major headaches, such as losing contact lists. No love for Yahoo at this moment.
