How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    At the top of the Yahoo Mail left navigation column, you'll find icons for your Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Notepad, Messenger, and News Feed.

    I DO NOT HAVE THESE OPTIONS !!!! PLEASE RESTORE MY EMAILS BACK TO ORIGINAL FORMAT !!!!!

    WHERE IS MY 'CONTACTS ICON' ??????? CANNOT FIND TO RESTORE EMAILS TO A PREVIOUS DATE !!! ANSWER THE QUESTIONS !!! ARE YOU ALL ASLEEP THERE ?? WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A SUPPORT # TO CALL ???? NEED TRASH FILE RESTORED AS THEY WERE MY ORIGINAL EMAILS THAT WERE MOVED - HAVE VERY IMPORTANT AND PERSONAL EMAILS HELLO ??? THIS IS THE 3-4 TH TIME I HAVE CONTACTED YOU !! RESPOND ASAP .... WAKE UP AND ANSWER THE QUESTION - NEED EMAILS !!

    This is a terrible update. Same as everyone else, where are my contacts? and my lists?

    The old email was ten times better than what you supposedly updated! I need to access contacts and they are nowhere to be found.... This new version is lousy

    I can not add new contact... cannot find the place were they are...
    I prefer to have the old email , on this version we have the large capitals before the names, what for, we dont need additions we need the previous one.

    cannot find contacts, AND I type in a name in new message and their email address does not pop up. What do I have to do?

    I can't even add a new contact anymore! How do you do that? Yahoo=incompetence.
