How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    How do I get into my contacts list to delete persons who I don't receive or send mail to?

    Every time I try to go into my contacts it takes me back to the old mail. Also, I have now been contacted by several colleagues to let me know that i have left them off my distort lists. But this is impossible because I have the same list for the last year but for some reason ever since I moved to the new yahoo it is deleting contacts from my list. I keep fixing it and it some how delete one of 2 without me knowing. I really can’t live with all the yahoo problems. I have tried to be patient but if the issues are not addressed I need to move to gmail. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO USE CONTACTS.

    Where is the silhouette that indicated "Contacts." I was switched from the old Yahoo to the new without giving my permission. Please rectify!!!

    Would like to see contacts listed on the "New" Yahoo. Also, There are several e-mail addresses that have been added to my contact list that only show up when I start to enter the first letter of my contact. I don't know where they came from but I want a way to delete them. If I want a contact, I'll add one. Please fix this.

    In my group contacts list I was unable to alter members details and have the new version saved. Clicking on the group brought up the old details. I had to delete clients and re-enter by hand - not what you want when using groups.

    I can't easily find a link to Contacts. Why isn't there a link on the left panel along with all the others (eg SPAM, SENT, etc)
