How can we improve New Mail?

Can't find the Cloud Attachment option. Please help

Am I the only one here having trouble finding the cloud attachments icon? This is my work mail id and I need to send large files as dropbox links.

    No, Lekha, I can not send large files as dropbox links either. They need to fix this.
