Don't keep changing the look -- it adds to frustration
Making changes to the design all the time just adds to the frustration of using your email online program. Familiarity and stability adds to user friendliness. Its just an email program. You don't have to keep changing to be contemporary or modern. Just stick with one program. I have enough stress and changes in my life that I don't want to **** with a new email program design. That's a no brainer.
