I have only used your shopping on line one time. I will never again. I had to go to chat room and they had to place the order for me.
I have ordered items on line this season (2017) from eleven different companies and their web sites are VERY customer friendly. My personal opinion is......your complete web site for ordering needs to be re-vamped. I will not use again until changes are made. I had to go to chat room and they had to place the order for me. When I would try to correct my order the quanity ordered kept increasing. I don't think I need 7 sets of kitchen knives.
