Better Customer service....
very deceived as i was charged for a misspelled name and the airline told me they've could of made the correction for free, ive contacted the Billing Department and just told me was a service they provided me, a servicce i didn request.
If you have a good customer service, you should of advised me that I could of just go to the Airline and it would of been fix for no extra fee
The Rep. from Billing was not or rather didn't want to help but just sticking to the fact that it was a service.
