    My mail page was changed without any notification, which is poor. I am a novice on a computer and spent hours trying to get back to Classic mail without success. Not impressed at all

    who ever is suggesting making all these changes to the yahoo site, I would FIRE them, cause its going to just push customers away. It really really really sucks what you are doing as though you really really really want to push customers away. I've never seen the likes of it. You should make it easier to use not harder to use. As though you want to sabotage yahoo mail or something and send it crashing down the fire pit. Keep the ads to the right - but don't go doing all the bizzarre things you are doing just to try and make people upgrade!!! that's just odd and will push clients away. Lots of email providers now. I will soon leave if this keeps happening because you are making yahoo difficult to use on purpose so people upgrade which is just so bizarre!!! i've never seen the likes of it...

    I hate what you've done to the look of the mail. Put back the classic look, this "new" look is terrible

    My mail was changed in desig and some features. I cant change it back. Can you please change it back, else I will quit. Thank you.

    in one's in-box, if one selects a message the entire message takes over the screen and it is extremely difficult to get back to the in-box. this is a very bad idea. can we please go back to being able to return to the in-box and not have the entire message displayed on the whole screen?

    The mail redesign is awful. It used to be so clean, unread messeges were in bold and read had slim text. It was a distinct difference. Now I can barely tell which messages I've opened and which I have not since everything is in bold.
    So much bold text strains the eyes and it's an instant attack when the mailbox is opened.

    YUCK!!! NO! I DON'T 'LOVE' the new disaster you dumped on me!!! It's a mish-mash; it make NO sense!!! Time for YOU to hire some Tech Designers who HAVE A CLUE!!!! There was NOTHING WRONG with the way it was. These folks are just trying to justify their paychecks - and not doing it very well. I HATE THE 'NEW' OFF BALANCE, MESS you are foisting on me!!!

    the new way, where it keeps many former mails is too hard to control. I like the old mail where is showing only the last mail I am answering.
