    All my emails are gone and Yahoo has not been helpful in recovering any of my emails. Yahoo is one of the worst companies. Thank goodness I am switching to Google

    I have a large mailing list. If I want to forward an email you now have my adress listings in a box that I cannot move out of the way to verify who I received it from as I don't care to send it back to the person I received it from. At the end of the day I will file many things into one of my very many folders. With my old mail I could do this alphabetically and save some time as when I clicked on the "Move" button the list would open where I left off. Now it always goes back to the beginning and takes me a lot longer. GIVE ME MY OLD MAIL BACK. I HATE THIS NEW MAIL AND HAVE TOLD YOU SO MANY TIMES. But you persisted in coercing me telling me the old format would no longer be available. Maybe it is time that you are no longer available to me. I am looking for another email provider.

    You have sneakly forced me to this childish layout "upgrade". Please tell me hoe to go back home to the classic layout which I enjoy.

    Stop changing things for the heck of it.
    You never add any tangible features, just move everything around change colors and mojis.
    I need to be able to download ALL email onto a private hard-drive. This is not possible, or I could never figure it out.
    Also the "Print" feature is useless. I want to print the email, not all the other text around it. How do I do that?

    Give us a choice if we have to have this. I don't want this white background. I got to choose my background before you took over.

    Please consider people with epilepsy for whom the changes to new formats can cause problems - heavy fonts, etc. Also, why do my settings get changed every day so that every day I have to change them back?

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    If you were making improvements, I'd be happy, but the new formats are less user-friendly, clumsier and generally irritating. I'm actively searching for a new email provider, after over 20 years of using Yahoo!

    hey if you go to settings there's a switch back to classic mail now.only gotta deal with it reminding you to upgrade again but i feel that's well worth it
