On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is
“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

• Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
Temporary error: 500”I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

My old e-mail had both of my addresses coming into ONE address. The new format also has an inherent problem of constantly flipping back to the top of the e-mail as I scroll down. It's very annoying.

In response to product support comment just left here. How patronizing.
"as we move our products forward, we must unfortunately retire support for
older versions". Are you not reading the thousands of comments being left here.
If something has to be "retired" then retire this farsical version that slows down my
computer, is harder to read and does not have the features of classic mail.
Your tech staff are going backwards not forwards. And please don't make condescending remarks to all of us by referring us to a link to learn more about the latest version.
We have already been there...done that....and are still dissatisfied enough to be spending
precious time leaving comments to you. Your answer in response was a used band-aid applied over a haemorrage. Do you really want your users to leave for g-mail? -

I just posted my own idea on how I dislike the new yahoo mail and would like to return to classic mail. My new comment was #694 so you will find it if you go all the way to page 34 or 35 of ideas with 20 posted per page. Then add in the 10 to 1,000 comments in support of each post.
There are thousands of yahoo mail users complaining about this issues.
Please yahoo tech support. Let us choose classic mail or the new format.
I think you will be surprised to see how many users will choose the classic.
Are you really trying to drive your loyal customers away to gmail? -

What makes them think I'm gonna get yahoo pro when they take away my option to switch back to the old format. XD! You may be able to take away some options from me but that's ok. We useless eaters have always prevailed and will continue to do so especially after the great return of the king.

You need to go back to the old format. This new way is ******* the eyes, and difficult to navigate
