    We liked it the way it was. Your idea of "improvements" and "more useful" is not ours. You just keep trying to make it look more and more like gmail. If we wanted gmail, we'd use gmail.
    August 2019 --you just made basic look more like the "new" trying to force us to go to the new that we dislike intensely.

    Now it’s back to the Temporary error: 500 screen and why clicking on HELP it gives you the same screen. Good going Yahoo!!! Upgrade Basic mail but can’t fix my calendar or Notes and not even the New mail.

    Well it looks like Yahoo is finely doing something about my calendar and notes. They took away the Temporary error: 500 screen and giving me a blank screen. Also why is it Yahoo can improve Basic email and can’t fix the New email or my calendar and notes?
    I figured out why Yahoo has not fixed my calendar and notes! It is on a ymail.com account and appears to be old like Classic mail and will not be supported just like Yahoo not telling us that the New mail is out dated and also is not being supported.
    It’s been well over now four months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    I Really Like The Previous Yahoo! Mail Version Better. Why Can You Or Whoever Leave Things Where They Are, I Gotten Use To The Previous Yahoo! Mail Version.

    All the dates on my August calendar have disappeared. Where did they go. Only the "New and Improved" (Ha. Ha.) Yahoo mail knows. Go back to what worked just fine for millions of users. I admit I block ads. I suppose that makes me undesireable as a client.

    I delete emails but the Inbox count remains the same. What is wrong?

    Put back Old format I had important papers know there gone. I was NOT asked to change this one *****I needed those paper that's why they were in there CHANGE IT BACK

    I need the old contact forum. I cannot attach clients to my email list for about 4 weeks. Since you changed the format

    I don't like the new format - I want want stationery choices back. Plus I have a problem sending group emials

    I have had problems with my contact lists as I haven't been able to assign people to a list, other than that, I have no problem with the new email. It would be OK if you returned to the old contact forum.

    i just want my e-mail i had before, camilliendube@ymail.com, i just don't remember my password, i forgot, i have important file on this e-mail, thanks a lot to recover my other e-mail.
