Pay attention to William Gorth ( immediately below). The NEW format has no advantages
to the old format. Almost all of your long time customers agree with this conclusion.
It is finally obvious that whomever is in charge of PRODUCT SUPPORT at Yahoo email
has NO Authority at all or has awful judgment. Therefore, take these thousands
of emails which critique your new email format and turn them over to someone
who does have the authority to do something about this mess. -

I hate the new format for mail. It is not easy to see related contacts. It does not provide adequate space for comments. It does not sync with my iPhone account; the old format did sync.
The new format has no advantages to the old format. The new format should be discontinued. -

This new format is horrible. My contact group lists are not in alphabetical order anymore and I have to scroll down and skim to find the list that I want because it's all jumbled up!! Why isn't the group email list in alphabetical order??!!
I can't easily add a contact and then easily add that contact to a list anymore like the full page set up used to with the full page layout.
It worries me that I might have lost contacts and details and information for many contacts!! This can be a costly thing for me!! I trust Yahoo mail for my business.
I don't like the new format for contacts, not at all. It's concerning. -

I figured out why Yahoo has not fixed my calendar and notes! It is on a ymail.com account and appears to be old like Classic mail and will not be supported just like Yahoo not telling us that the New mail is out dated and also is not being supported.
It’s been well over now four months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...

Temporary error: 500”I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

I hate the new format, can't find things easily, seems like it's taken a step backwards and was certainly not designed for user ease. Can't even find how to bold or underline.. that should be really obvious and take just a click.

The new format is less usable. Give me the indents showing different layers of nesting in folders. Give me the choices of colors I had before. Leave calendar as part of mail instead of a separate window/tab. Are you trying to drive people away from yahoo mail so you don't have tlo support it any more?

Under the new format it appears to be impossible to edit an contact's information. At least I have been able to find a way to do it.

This woman is clearly BRILLIANT! and, I think everyone can agree.. WE ALL HATE THE NEW MAIL. AND WE CAN NO LONGER ACCESS CLASSIC MAIL, BECAUSE APPARENTLY IT NO LONGER EXISTS. I had found a back door to access it.. but you have now taken that away from me.. so ********.

GO BACK TO THE OLD MAIL. I hate the new Mail. I really do. and, when I revert back to "classic"? I can't get the top bar to look the same.
