Give me the option of changing to a new "update". The last one is not a better one. And give me the option of going back to the one I just go used to, not a broken far previous one.

It’s been well over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...

"New Mail" is a DOWNGRADE. Period. Full stop. Don't ***** up what worked, and give us back what DID. Please. All the profanity in the world is not enough to describe the new format. It stinks. And I don't use profanity so I don't know enough words to express the disgust I have with the New Mail. Again... THIS IS NOT AN IMPROVEMENT. Please listen to the customers and give us back something that works properly.

How is it 'even more useful' to remove the ability to move text around when drafting emails?
'move forward'; retire support' - why do you use such irritating cliched jargon?
Some more and better striving needed.

Restore ability to drag and drop within emails. Whyever was this removed? How is it an 'improvement'?
And what's the point of those irritating symbols ('visible to only you' - so what?) for addressees, obscuring initial typing?
Don't write such maddening cliches in your automated replies as:
Have a lovely day! Oh, for goodness' sake! It would be 'lovelier' if spared this triteness.

I used to email to contacts listed in folders. Instead of sending the same message to all in one shot, I couldn't do it anymore. I cannot type every single email address everyweek. The old format worked perfectly, why change something that works?
