    You have completely prevented me from being able to access my contact lists. I can not edit them in toto nor select in batches for for separate mailing. please can we go back to the old system.

    This new format is awful! I cant receive emails in outlook either. My inbox in yahoo doesnt snch with unread messages either. How do I go back to the classic or old format? Please help. That's another issue, I have asked for help on yahoo help page two times and have not received any response from your company to assist. I am running a business and missing many important emails.

    URGENT - NEED YOU TO PLEASE RETURN MY CONTACTS BACK TO THE ORGINAL VERSION. THIS NEW VERSION IS REALLY TERRIBLE. I HAVE LABELED AND PLACE REFERENC3ES IN DIFERENT WAYS WITH DIFFERENT NUMERING IN ORDER TO ACCESS MY CONTACT AND TO SEND GROUP EMAILS AND NOW I CANNOT DO ANY OF THIS. I NEED THIS FOR MY BUSINESS AND MY CONTACTS AND I BELIEVE I HAVE LOST A LOT OF INFORMATION DUE TO THIS CHANGE. IN PARTICULAR I USED THE "NICKNAME" RERENCE IN THE OLD VERSION TO FIND MY CONTACTS. I WAS ABLE TO FIND MY CONTACTS BY JUST ENTERING THEIR PHONE NUMERS AND IN MANY OTHER WAYS. AND NOW I CANNOT DO ANY OF THIS. THIS HAS REALLY CREATED A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME. I NEED MY OLD VERSION TO BE REINSTED AND PUT BACK THE WAY IT WAS. IT IS REALLY AFFECTING MY WORK AND THE WAY I DO BUSINESS.
    IF YOU SHOULD NEED TO CONTACT ME PLEASE DO SO AND I CAN FURTHER CLARIFY WHAT I AM SAYING IN THIS MESSAGE.
    THIS IS URGENT. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR EVERY CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO THS REQUEST AND OTHERS HEREIN.

    I got this tonight:
    "Hello Tom. Classic mail is no longer available. We're always interested in our users' feedback and ideas, please go to the Yahoo Mail feedback forum and submit your idea/feedback or vote your favorite"....blah, blah, blah.
    Are they SERIOUS???
    Yahoo doesn't care about user's feedback OR customer service. If they did, they wouldn't paste the same old tired "submit your idea and vote" garbage.
    OK, after 1000s of angry customers go off on them, they STILL force us to use the new version. I thought they would listen to us. I'm MORE than angry now. smh.

    NEW EMAIL DESIGN / LAYOUT IS HORRENDOUS.

    It should be changed back. The new format is terrible. The old format was better. Changing it the last time didn't work and it's not working now.

    I never find your "help" pages helpful. They are written by computer geeks for computer geeks. There is a real world beyond the insulated tech community and we speak ordinary English, not computer lingo.

    Your improvements are not improvements. I kept a lot of information in my list of contacts which are no longer available. Such as address/birthdates/telephone numbers...…….where the heck did they go?.
