    Please go back to old Yahoo mail, you can not tell what is being deleted. This new yahoo page sux.

    Why change things when they work perfectly well ?? First you force us to go the a new Inbox format now you have really messed up the Contacts area and I cannot figure out how to add names to "Lists" . All you do is succeed in making loyal customers frustrated and very irritated!!!

    YAHOO WHY THE **** DON'T YOU LISTEN TO YOUR USERS? DO WE COUNT SO LITTLE TO YOU THAT YOU DON'T EVEN CARE WHAT YOUR USERS WANT???? GIVE US BACK THE OLD YAHOO MAIL AND STOP THIS NONSCENCE ONCE AND FOR ALL!!! NOBODY LIKES THE NEW YAHOO MAIL... EVERYONE HATES IT BECAUSE ITS A LOAD OF CR**....

    I agree all 100%. Just hate this new mail!!!!!!! Ugly!!!!!!! As if done by an amateur! And now the way to switch back is gone, too! Put me back on the old one!!!!!!!

    Give us back our old email!!! Why would you do this??? there is absolutely NO advantage to the NEW email. You don't even give us theme options. The new version SUCKS!!! I loved my old yahoo and now I HATE yahoo. And i pay for PRO. You said you were forcing upgrade on basic NOT pro. Give me back my old email.

    Why did you change my email. I have yahoo pro. I thought you were only forcing basic users to "upgrade". I hate the new version and want the old one back. Again, I am al paid user and want the previous version back. It clearly said you were retiring basic NOT pro!!!!!!!

    I think it is great that you made it impossible to change the font used to display my emails (so that now I can't read them clearly!!!), and that you added headers that denote when the email arrived (like Today, Yesterday, last week, etc.) even though each individual email has a column that shows the date when the email arrived (great way to to waste line spacing that could be used to SEE MY EMAILS), and the extra Archive button, so useful for stuffing all my separate emails into a box without care for where they should be organized (Organized means to arrange in a systematic way) which is what I thought all those folders were for. Anyway, thanks for helping to convince me that Yahoo doesn't understand want its users want, and that we should all go switch to some other mail service.

    Well now it’s been over three months and Yahoo still has not fixed my Calendar or Notepad so when the **** is Yahoo going to fix the following?!?!?!?!?!?
    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is;

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    The new version requires that I scroll left and right to read my email. Sorry, but that's just a dumb design.

    Nothing would do you but to change my Inbox. if something isn't broken don't fix it. PUT IT BACK!
