    Just don't like it! Who ever decided that new format was good let them use it. As for me and my house we will serve the old format only. Anything different and we'll use another mail source.

    Return me to the old format, please.
    Can't find my contacts with the new. Fonts are too small. It moves too slow.
    What great mind thought this was what we all needed?

    Remember how New Coke flopped monumentally? We're going down the same path with New Yahoo EM.

    I'd like my old EM format back. I'd hate switching to GMail, but if New Yahoo EM is my only option that's where I'll go. Thank you - Jim Harvey

    I don't like this new format, why must you change it, and I think it is bad manners to change without asking if we want it. DO ME A FLAVOR GIVE ME MY OLD FORMAT. THIS SENIOR ( 73 years old) DOESN'T CHANGE.

    Every time I try to type in the box - message box or address box or subject box - the damned page jumps - up or down, I'm unsure, and quite frustrated - so I cannot see where I'm typing. Yes, I'm a touch-typist, but I do want to SEE what I'm typing WHILE I'm typing it. Please, get me back on the previous format!

    horrible and i don't like the idea of you forcing me to the new format . you kept asking me to change I SAID NO AND YOU STILL FORCED ME TO THE NEW FORMAT AND SINCE YOU DON'T WANT ME TO BE A CUSTOMER BY NOT RESPECTING ME .I'M GOING TO LOOK INTO G-MAIL
