    Dear Product Support. I've been trying to avoid the new version of my email but today it was foisted on me and I'm stuck with it. The most annoying drawback is that in the mailbox there's no longer the facility for searching the internet. Why? It was much more convenient to have the mail and the search box on one page. Please restore!!

    Dear Product Support, the point is not "we must unfortunately retire support for older versions". The point is, your newer version is unfortunately worse than the old one. For me this is simply the question of colors. I like my mailbox all white, and every extra color for me is an unwanted distraction. Now you force me to choose between several annoying colors and moronic abstract pictures which I find all equally disgusting. Didn't it came to your minds that the very choice of color schemes you enforce could be irritating? It is.
    I use Yahoo! Mail constantly since 1999, and I never felt so pissed off as I feel now.

    You know YAHOO, that with this being voted #1and 19,000 comments all saying that this was a bad Idea and we want to go back to the older style Classic mail, you might have made a big blundering mistake. I am looking now for a New email provider, and my "pro" money will be going to someone who can be happy with a uncluttered email service.

    Yahoo: How can you not see that everyone HATES the new version of mail? You SAY that you "continually strive to improve" your products, but what you've done now is NO IMPROVEMENT. it's clunky, it's ugly and doesn't function any "better". Please allow us to return to Classic Mail!!!!

    Can you please try and care about your user-base, even a little bit?

    You know what everyone wants, and you refuse to give it to them. Why?

    Not a single good company ever forces things against its users will.

    the new mail format is terrible. Let's go back to classic mail. Clearly everyone likes it better. Yahoo is potentially risking less users. People may very well abandon yahoo mail altogether because of the new format.

    The Product Support response just oozes contempt for your customers. The whole point of these comments is that this is neither an improvement or an upgrade. Everyone understands old systems get retired, your arrogant response insults everyone's intelligence and ignores the actual complaints, having read some of these complaints, obviously the only "improvement" is the ability to generate more unwanted ads. All praise to Ad Blocker.

    Please return to Mail Classic. Otherwise, at this point, I feel a switch to GMail is in order.

    IMPROVE the NEW by switching it back to the CLASSIC format. This format is horrible!!!! HORRRRRRRIBLE!!!!

    As June says below ''you tricked me'' by taking away Classic Mail again tonight.
    You do not get the message. 98 % of all your customers Hate this ''New'' Email format.
    Now CUT THE **** and allow us to return to Classic Mail Now. Also, almost all
    your customers have continued to be polite about this nonsense. However, simply
    put FIRE JEFFERY BONFORTE NOW. He has proven to be a total waste, just as this
    ''New'' email format has proven to be a total waste.

    I don''t know how yahoo switch my email from classic! I chose settings
    more settings > "go back to basic email" nothing happens, this is a ****
    why doesn't it change back to classic email?
