It's bad enough you went to your new format which really is ******* a vast majority off and now you
F * * * ed with the contacts.First, the names are not even in alphabetical order as I had them. I had ALL my contacts listed by their last name. Now, your brainstorms have some of my contacts listed by last name and some are list by their first name.
Plus I can't retrieve any other info that i had in each file, such as mailing address and additional phone numbers.
Is it your intention to **** off almost everybody that uses this. At least give me back my old contact list

Does Yahoo even bother testing their "improvements" before subjecting their users to the new ****? Does Yahoo care about the 99.9% negative comments? Even Coke knew when it was time to go back to Coke Classic.

sorry about my comment being attached to this thread. I was trying to vote on several items (including the "return to old version" but the vote feature doesn't work. just gives me a circle w/ line through it when I hover over vote button. :(

This is unacceptable, the new mail is horrible and does not function properly. It is a defective product and should be scrapped. The old version was far superior. The "new" one looks as if it was designed by someone who does not use email, it is too busy, the amount of negative space is that is used for superfluous design is ridiculous. The fonts are too small, if you type the wrong address in it won't let you delete it. The dots around the perimeter of the emails is juvenile. It does not format properly. Search is inferior, and takes way too long. The list goes on. Listen to your client base or you won't have a client base anymore.

Every time they "improve" Yahoo mail it gets worse. I don't like being forced to use a mail format. I'd rather be able to choose my format, like the old system they made me give up. Given a choice, people would vote for the format they like. The Yahoo geeks would quickly see how little their
"improved" system is appreciated.When I open an e-mail and don't move my cursor,
the sender's name comes up with a business card sized display of the person's name and logo. This is a real annoyance.Soon after I begin writing an e-mail, the page flashes on and off. Only way to make it stop is to
click on the IN box and the e-mail I'm writing goes
to Draft Folder. And even then it keeps on flashing.
This is a REAL annoyance.There was a time when I was able to choose between the "improved" mail and the previous format. Didn't take long for them to remove that option. The previous format was just fine. Worked very well. This one is so bad that I'm worried that
after Yahoo makes the next improvement, I'll be
wishing for the return of the current one.Yahoo has made this format almost worthless. One more "improvement" should finish it off.

Why do you change our email if we're happy with the old format I hate the non moving emojs and I can't see my whole email as I'm writing.!!! Your stationary is lousy! You use to give a lot of nice ones now they're terrible. PUT BACK THE OLD EMAIL AND LEAVE US A lone!

This wait is NOT going to improve this ''New'' format. The remedy is simple.
Have JEFFERY BONFORTE resign NOW. Replace him with a thoroughly vetted
