    We old people don't like change - and I do NOT like the ad strip at the top because you KNOW that I will accidentally click on it while my emails are loading.

    Switch me back! Don't force people to not have a choice. I don't like the white lettering. Don't like ad placement. Control freaks!

    With this new mail that I hit the wrong button and can't get out of I lost all my sent mail this really sucks and I don't know how to get them back. Does any one know what I can do?????

    I am having trouble signing out of the new format account. If I am going to have trouble like this with this format, I don't like it, and would like to go back to the old format.

    I do not like ads stuck in the middle of my emails.
    there is no indication as to the number of spam items.
