Since the NEW MAIL it is impossible to rename or even move folders, as it was in the perferct old code.
Even the foled name panel is so narrow and not resizable that to find the correct folder is a pain **********!
Let the character name of teh folders smaller, narrow the vertical space between folder name and let the left panel resizable.
It is impossible to work with thin NEW Mail, you should have impoved the perfect and compact old Mail, instead to create something buggy (probably still in beta) but unusable Mail.
Shame on Yahoo, from the best to the worst Mail! -

I find the new mail format totally annoying, difficult to focus on, and unpleasant to use. I understand you're trying to find ways make more money but seriously! Maybe children might enjoy the new format. Bright cartoon colours!

I joined Yahoo sometime in the mid-1990's. By and large for the most part things went rather well. I am sorry to say that this new e-mail program which I resisted until it has apparently been forced on me, is really a mess!! Perhaps you can recommend an e-mail format that is workable for a senior citizen. Unfortunately Yahoo now seems VERY user unfriendly! Sorry to see you go in this direction. Sincerely, Hanley

Why can't Yahoo give its customers what they want????
Plz let us go back to the old version.
The new version is slower, the trash can is on the far right side, all emails from my calendar are coming from "me", on and on and on. Why not allow customers to try out a new version to get the bugs out? Oh, you did offer it for a few months, and no one would use it. Want to guess why? B/c it's inferior!
At least there is some good news: you guys didn't mess with the address book or the calendar. -

On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is“We're experiencing some technical difficulties...

Temporary error: 500”I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!
Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

Mail support keeps telling people to go to the help section to go back to their old email. What they neglect to tell everybody is that it is not your old email. It is a stripped down version, no viewing pane, no color change, just an upgraded stripped down version so you will switch to new mail. I just do not understand why Yahoo wants to look like Gmail? If I wanted Gmail, I would get a Gmail account. New mail is terrible, hard to read, and is missing features that old mail had.

Get rid of it and give back the old Yahoo Mail. The layout is displeasing to the eyes for the new mail and is designed only for bigger ads.

The new email layout is absolute unusable garbage! I have been paying for this ******** account for close to two decades! This is my primary email address for all my business contacts! What am I supposed to do now that I can't use it?! WTF!?

Hate the new view of the mail page!!! Too much of Bold style of Fond and very little sized letters in very strange style (in Calibri or Arial fond) And what is to do with the awful fat dots in front of the message??? We are not stupid, we know that when e-mail been read, the Bold style change for normal, so all unread e-mail stay in fat Bold fond! We don't need those blue dots!! Too much in such small space! Get reed of it first and give us nice neat, clean FOND! like it was in old style Basic
e-mails view! I will change my e-mail provider if nothing will change. If all of us change Yahoo for other provider, then Yahoo have to do what we asking, but it may be too late for Yahoo. Yahoo get a grip ! Do what your customers asking for! -
