    confusing - cant print the email properly - no fonts, colours, italics, bold as fr as I can see - not as good as the version I was using. If it ain't broke, why fix it.

    Can't find any information on how to add my picture back on to my signature..was lost when converted to Yahoo Pro...Any information given does not work!!

    The images are hard to read - colors are not effective - It's not as workable as the old format. Having been in the computer field for years - sometimes "new" just isn't as the "old".

    the nrw format doesn't show spam,trash or allow me to slide e-mail left or right to read a long sentence. so I want my old format back.

    your new yahoo mail set up is poor and slow the old set up was quicker. When you ask a client to up grade make sure it works properly first on there system and explain that the format has changed and how the new one is to work show examples then leave it up them to change if they want to, not making it mandatory. Thanks for the input.
