    The new format is buggy - hard to read, jumps around on the page (have tried on 3 different PCs - same issue on all), is slower and an overall bad format. PLEASE bring back the classic email! This is a very unfriendly format, and I was forced to move to it by Yahoo. Ads - fine, you need revenue. But forcing a bad format on users will drive me, personally, away from Yahoo altogether as this new version is horrible.

    The new format is very confusing. Even the computer expert at the library couldn't figure it out. I liked being able to change the font and size on email, and I'm disappointed that the imogees are no longer there.

    Hello. How can I get back to the old outlook of Yahoo mail? A few days ago there was an option, but now I no longer see such. I like the old one better and want to still be able to use it.

    I also want my classic email format back , i try changing the background color etc and it keeps bothering me how it looks and the new format its a pain , please give us the benefit of choosing which format make us comfortable with

    Please make an option for me to return to the former format. I hate the ads - looks like an email I need to answer. It is harder to read. I have enough to do to keep up with work; I don't want to fight with my email also. I may have to opt for another email if I cannot return to the easier, previous email!

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    How you can improve New Mail? It's clear you don't give a hoot. EACH TIME I like the format, you force a change. This one is THE WORST. Let us have A CHOICE to keep Classic Mail. I have a Gmail account and think soon I will close my Yahoo account. Why bother asking us for feedback when you keep hijacking our choices? Yahoo, you disappoint, and often. I thought you were better than this.

    Sorry the old interface is just better. If I wanted Outlook I would use it.
