    I AGREE TO THIS AS WELL. I DID NOT CHOOSE TO SWITCH. I HAVE AVOIDED DOING SO, BUT NOW IT SEEMS WE WERE FORCED TO. I HATE THE DESCRIPTIONS AFTER THE POSTS IN MY INBOX. WE SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO KEEP THE OLD VERSION.

    I Hate this new email. I would like you to return me back to my old email. ie put a setting on so that I can change it back

    I've avoided using the new interface for as long as possible. It is clunky and a step backwards. You can't customise it enough, there is a tiny window in which to view the inbox because so much space is taken up by the page header, the delete button needs to move back to the middle of the ine, the graphics that come up showing senders' initials are horrible and irritating. The design is ugly. Contacts hard to find… Why did you do this?

    Here's an idea - GO BACK TO THE OLD EMAIL VERSION AND LEAVE IT ALONE!!! The new version is TERRIBLE! Listen to your clients!!

    in new version, Instead of showing logo and other contain in msg, it showing in attachment, navigation (scroll bar) is showing in end of msg , so, very difficult to view all contain for received mail, please allowed to use your classic mail, your new version is not user friendly, nothing new supportive tool in this version,
    simple - no need to upgrade new version

    I'm leaving yahoo...I dont have high speed internet and each time you upgrade your service becomes harder for me to use .

    The Classic e.mail format is just that....Classic... it works, is easy and smooth to use. With the 'new improved' version, I try to type a reply and the field jumps to the bottom of the page and I can't see what I am typing! (?)
    Change can be good, but not just for the sake of change...

    On 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
    • Try again
    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end up each going to the “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...” page again and again and again. What is Yahoo’s definition of Temporary error? Well it’s not a day so is it a week a month a year!

    Give me back the CLASSIC email or I’ll send this every day until I find a new email service that fits my needs as this new email format doesn’t or I don’t have internet access.

    Go back to the last version of email! This one is horrible. Why change it? It was perfect as it was. This one looks like a child's inbox, and don't tell me oh you just have to change the theme. I shouldn't have to. I had it set exactly the way I wanted it, and now I'll never be able to get it back to the way it was. Might as well use my internet service email account. This one blows now. Thanks a lot Yahoo for ruining my year.

    Yahoo Mail is a CPU hog. The new version is horrible!!! Emails keep on randomly closing. It randomly jumps from one email to another. And all those annoying ads. If these bugs aren't fixed or if we can't go back to the old format, I'm going to Gmail. Are you listening? Has Yahoo been outsourced to India or something?
