    Lost all my Yahoo folders with this new fangled format. Sure wish I could get a hold of someone from Yahoo to help me retrieve the lost folders

    I am very unhappy with Yahoo Pro!! How do I get back to what I used to have including my Firefox format, etc?

    As a long term yahoo account member, I'm so very disappointed with YAHOO MAIL. I understand web designers wanting to introduce new ideas to clients; but not insuring there are workable solutions for those clients to revert back to what was (i.e. CLASSIC MAIL FORMAT) if they chose to do so is unfair and unethical.

    Provide, VERY SOON, YAHOO MAIL clients ways to revert back to what this forum of clients is demanding.

    Remember, there are other email providers ( GMAIL AND OUTLOOK).

    Please don't make us leave Yahoo Mail.

    I ALSO HATE THE NEW YAHOO. THE OLD ONE WAS JUST FINE. WHY KEEP REINVENTING THE WHEEL. NOW I HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO USE IT ALL OVER AGAIN. GIVE ME BACK THE OLD YAHOO!!!!!

    It seems to me as I looked at the comments most all want their old format back. Why make it so difficult to get it back, just switch us as you did when you introduced the new format. Not good customer service. PLease listen to your users.

    I tried to get back to classic mail and the 1st step worked, which was settings, however when it dropped down it didn't show what the 2nd step was telling me. Why can't you just return me to my old format? This is terribly frustrating. Please just get me back to my old mail. Thank you

    I liked the old e-mail better. I cannot find the icon to print out an e-mail or find my favorites or many other things I could do before. Please advise how I can find Print for an e-mail and also my favorites. I am going to try and switch back to Classic mail. I hope it works. Thank you for listening.

    old format was easier to navigate and send and receive messages.
