Where do I report a problem with YAHOO email on an ANDRIOD phone?

I have 3 YAHOO emails. From GMAIL, email is forwarded to those 3 YAHOO addresses.. My 'main' YAHOO addresses receives the forwarded email, the other 2 'sometimes' receive, don't receive or receive hours later.

I have reloaded the app several times.

Also the 'stock' Andriod email app receives ALL the emails.

    UPDATE.... YAHOO on my PC having the same issue...
