How can we improve New Mail?

Why am I not receiving mail???

I received no mail to my Yahoo! account running via my laptop yesterday or today. I got them all into the Yahoo! account on my iPhone, but that doesn't help when I need to review documents and send long emails. Please let me know ASAP what I can do to fix this!!
