How can we improve New Mail?

I did not want to try it, you forced me to -- call bs on "Thanks for trying our new..."

Stop forcing people to try your supposed improved email experience by not letting people get past the option to try it, you are left with no choice but to click on it and then no options to cancel the switch. Yahoo experience goes further downhill every day.

    Hate the new mail - stop forcing it on us. If you don't stop I'll remove yahoo altogether, and switch to gmail... Which by the way I'm not a fan of, but at least they are a 'silent' partner and not a source of stress and nonsense!

    The previous version had a widget next to the Inbox that would check for new mail. The widget has been replaced by a drop-down menu for "Mark emails as read" or "Clean your Inbox". I don't see any way to ask the new version to retrieve new email. Please restore the widget or an equivalent

    Keeps saying I am one click away from new mail but when I click to new, it keeps reverting to the old. Annoying

    CANNOT FIND HOW TO GET A LIVE PERsON TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. BECAUSE OF ALL THE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS -- I HAVE HAD TO USE AN OLD COMPUTER TO EVEN ACCESS MY FOLDERS>

    ALSO, I DIDN"T give permission to change to new mail...

    I cannot print new mail in in my inbox or in any folder, cannot delete in the new mail in any folders.

    Setting button does not work on new mail.... how do I know, because I hate New Mail since it is essentially non fuctional and there is no way to make it go away....

    New mail SUCKS! Often, it won't even let me view an email. Click on it and it doesn't open. Go back to the old mail and leave it alone!

    Before, it was possible to copy the address mail, to send a mail, to add to contacts... i don't see any of those now... By the way, how do I know that you have answered the questions I post on this forum??

    Just a new dress, same old girlfriend. Appears to be change for the sake of change and an attempt to justify coming price increase of 100% (from $19.95 to $39.95) for mail without ads. No value added.

    I prefer to refresh my inbox without having to refresh my whole browser window! I used to just hover over in the space to the right of my inbox and wait for the refresh icon to appear and click on it to refresh my emails.

    I have not received any spam messages yet, but I am wondering if the empty spam icon is still there to delete enmasse all of my spam. That icon also showed up in the blank space to the right of the spam label and all I had to do was click on that icon to discard all my spam..

    I don't see any difference in the performance of the "new" email over the old one. It's not any faster on my system. I only see cosmetic differences.

    A disaster. Cannot remove old contacts. Notes saturate with drivel that cannot be removed.

    Why do you allow idiots to wreck what was the perfect mail...l am now changing to another provider as l hate your morons set up...and to think you paid them to lose you clients...your mail service is a load of rubbish...
    its not improved or faster...its bloody useless

    Please restore to the last version. Why do you insist on putting a monogram of SS instead of one "S"?

    Why would I not be asked if I want to have correspondence with SS as my personal initials? I've complained before but it never has changed
    therefore I am forced to go back to the old system. How do I get there...

    It is slower, doesn't notify you when you have something in your spam folder. Overall it is a step backward.
