My company blocks access to sites outside the US. I'm assuming I'm being sent outside the US to access my Yahoo email account and am unable to access the login page. I get a "This site can’t be reached" error message. Thought you should know so you can better partition where customer services are originated.

I can't find an appropriate place to post this. I'm not receiving messages from fetlife.com and it isn't in the list of blocked addresses. In the tech help forum on fetlife there are numerous complaints about yahoo mail people not receiving messages. The fetlife forum says the best solution is to switch to gmail..
Will you fix this problem? I've had this issue with other domains and I'm slowly switching to gmail because yahoo doesn't seem to be able to fix this issue. -

you haven't got a SPAM category which would be useful. when are you going to URGENTLY let us BLOCK a whole useless domain name rather than have to block every single email from that spammy domain, which is getting IMPOSSIBLE? URGENT NOW although it's been requested time and time again. Surely this is urgent now as we can't find our normal mis-directed mail from the hundreds of spam ones that seem to have appeared. thank you.

Please stop using scripted adds, provided by third parties, I want my browser to be safe and block anything scripted. Scripts use up my cpu, memory and power. Besides, when running they may contain malware, generate crypto currency or otherwise abuse my hardware and wan connectivity. I'm, as many others, not against you earning an income, but not at my expense, but with my approval.

Drop the forced arbitration and blocking of class action lawsuits. If you ***** up you should be subject to the same laws as the rest of us.

I'm getting way too much of the same SPAM mail even though I'm blocking the addresses. Why aren't they staying blocked? This is ridiculous.

When in a mail, the "Block Sender" option is currently wiping out all previously saved addresses. Please change so that the address to be blocked is added to the existing list instead.
Thank You. -

I had a fairly lengthy list of e-mail filters on my Yahoo! account, a list of filters that has been built and added to for quite sometime.. I was in the process of blocking spam e-mail addresses just moments ago, when I accidentally clicked on the gray trash can symbol, thus deleting ALL of the addresses I had on my filter list!
I doubt Yahoo! can help me retrieve that list, much less return my account to it's former state (in that regard) but I really hope I can voice the design flaw in your filter/rule/blocked addresses feature, if even only enough for your web team to maybe add in an additional 'pop-up' notification to ensure that you meant to click on that 'TRASH ALL' button.
Honestly, I've used this account for a very long time. Yahoo! holds my oldest and most frequently used domain name on the internet.. Before this account, I used Yahoo! e-mail and Messenger services under my first account on the internet...
Over these years using your services, I have seen features come and go that were very near and dear to me... (i.e., Launchcast Radio, Yahoo Messenger) Though I missed these features being around, I always stuck with Yahoo! mail.. There have been some nice additions and overhauls to things over the years... Things such as user interface, overall design, abilities to fine tune certain settings/functions, and I must agree that Yahoo! mail has become MUCH more user friendly/easy to figure out or use the service.
However, it is my opinion, when compared to the other options/e-mail services out there (Gmail, AOL, etc.,) Yahoo! mail just doesn't match up to several of them.
It is my opinion that simple design flaws as the one I am submitting for review here today, are a perfect example for what/why I feel this way about Yahoo! Yahoo! mail LOOKS really nice and easy to customize you overall graphical experience, but it lacks in technical functionality and true user control over your inbox experience.
Anyways, I'm pretty bored at home and was going through spam folders and blocking e-mail addresses... had invested an hour or two into the process.. suddenly, BAM! No more filters whatsoever... ALL FROM ONE CLICK!!!
Not cool guys, not cool...
