    why am I not getting help from you...when I check help forum, etc it doesn't let me give my problem and request. Give us an easy way to contact you with a problem and HELP us fix it.......please give me back previous Yahoo

    PLEASE give me back old YAHOO E-Mail.........tried your way of doing it.....but didn't get messages under tools as shown on previous page
