Why remove the 'Edit / Copy' command? How do I to include photos inline?
Why make a user hold down CTRL+C to copy something within email? Gmail, Hotmail does not DELETE the email when I do this? Why does Yahoo do this? I've gotten used to "Edit + C" to do a COPY.... Why do something that's different from other 'standards'?
Why is it so much more difficult now to include Photos inline? I was searching for the icon to do this.
Why do vendors feel a need to shuffle things around when it does NOTHING to improve, or remove a feature that users have been used to, all for the sake of "change". It does nothing but irritate users. When a vendor comes out with a new version of software, I do NOT want to spend a day trying to figure out "NOW where have they put that feature?"
Before retiring, I was a Software Development Manager. One thing was emphasized to me over and over - keep the features and/or options as they are. New features and/or options should have their OWN new Option or be added to one of the old features - such as Drop Down options. Why make a user have to relearn where something is NOW? Waste of time to have to figure out... why is this such a difficult concept for software companies to figure this out???
