Tech response did not try to implement their answer to trying to access contacts. It does not work. Fix it!!!!!!
I see a tech support response to accessing contacts: "You can access contacts by clicking on the address book icon on the upper right side. This will open Contacts in a new tab of your browser in the classic mail look. You can also access your contacts by clicking on To, CC or BCC when you are in the compose, forward or reply mode." The person responding obviously did not try to implement his/her response prior to shooting off a reply. Not one of the suggestions works. I would like to successfully edit my contacts as some of them have changed their email address. Previously, when I tried to either delete or change the address, the delete never took. So, I have multiple email addresses for many of my contacts. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM. TEST YOUR FIX BEFORE YOU PUBLISH IT !!!!

I tried this as well and it doesn't work. I need my contacts.
