    Why is my email now showing my son's name not mine even though it is listed very clearly what emails belong to me and what belong to my son, my husband and my daughter...they are all mixed up but the most annoying one is my own email showing my son's name not mine attached to it. Also, where is the 'view' for people...I could care less about what is listed now...travel?? come on. I didn't think yahoo mail could be worse but you have made it just that, slow oh so slow, loading and writing an email is a nightmare. Come on people, you can do much better, I do not want another email address, I have had this one for decades.

    New format impacts "Performance". Task Manager reports my single Yahoo Mail tab is using over a 1,007,380 of my memory!!!!

    when I go to read my emails they won't open or load. It is a network issue on your side of things......Fix it please!! Your a big corporation your AT&T for goodness sake.

    I wanted to forward an e-mail to my Outlook account. I tried twice. The e-mail was never sent. I'm used to Yahoo Mail being slow, but it's been 11 hours so clearly it never got sent.

    Make your email service work! In other words, make it so it can load photos quickly and actually save drafts! What's wrong with you people?

    Every day I am frustrated by the slow load and constant interruptions of the ads on Yahoo. Typing my emails to reply is interrupted and I am losing patience. May soon change to another server. Do you care?

    this new mail is very slow in Performance and its not faster than the old one, i like the new one style, the background view is so cool,,,the design and how it look is good...great job but upgrade the performance,

    First make sure the delete works I hate having hundred's of emails because I can't delete anything or when I do then there it is back
    so annoying
    then next annoying thing I can't go to next page and next page as in classic I have to scroll and scroll then it just comes back to the top so I can't ever get to previous days.
    I am about to switch to some other email

    WHY when things work companies change it to Worse always....

    Yahoo seems to have inserted so many things prior to November 2017, I noticed that loading of Yahoo went very slow.

    I have been using Yahoo Mail since 2006 - and it is great. However, I would suggest you make the account settings more customizable. There was a time I could access the settings for mail on mobile devices - can't find it today. And yes - although ads are the reason we can use Yahoo Mail, there is a lot of space for improvement in terms of performance. The ads are constantly slowing down performance - be it the app or any browser.

    SLOW!!!! I was trying to apply for a job and when I hit send nothing happened. Regret switching to this new format this morning.
