    I'm only using Yahoo because I've used it for so long and it holds many of my important contacts. I hate Yahoo email. It's terrible, slow, pop ups are like herpes. I will not use Yahoo as soon as it is possible.

    How about getting it to work? Would be a great start. I can only receive 18 mail from a week ago, says I have 88 total. I can not even click on settings to go back to the old mail, that was slow as snails but at least worked.

    I love the sidebar on the right in New Mail. What about a clickable icon on that sidebar for up to 5 contacts to bring up a pre-addressed email? You could click a box in contacts to enable the icon. I email my wife a few times a day. I would love to be able to just click an icon and a new message to her come up ready to roll rather than to have to start typing her email to get the autofill. Even though the autofill is a huge improvement, it's still slow. Just a thought. :)

    You have been told about how slow your service is, and you closed the ability to post a vote on other similar comments. Yet it is still slower than mollassis in January! There seems to be a lack of pride in producing quality these days.

    This new email is impossible for me to use. Sending an email of any length, or containing more than a few paragraphs, or heaven forbid - a photo!! - takes an inordinate amount of time to transmit, and all downloading is difficult and time consuming. Emails that have been sent to me do not appear, and those that have been repeatedly moved to Trash continue to appear in the daily feed, and have for the past two to three weeks. The new "improvements have made your system unusable.

    as above...I propose you deliver the functionality that others have been delivering as standard for quite some time. Basically get your sht tgther...also...I say again...why is this sooooooooooooooo slow.

    ps - even the feedback page is a complete mess...who is steering the ship there? My god you guys are on the rocks. Sort the feedback page first and try to harness some of the endless negtavity coming your way. Gather the themes and build a priority list to fix these items asap...if you don't you are even more fcuked than you appear. Extraordinary that this kind of comment is required in this day and age for a company of Yahoo's experience with webmail. WTF is going on?!?!?!?!?

    process e-mail, read e-mail, it's slow and some funtion of old verson was removed, effective with emotion of user. Contact also run not clear difficult to use.

    Battery issues.Apple Inc. has fixed this problems.Recently I've purchased a i phone 8 Plus and I don't want have the issue on the iphone cell battery slowing down or draining out on short period of time using my cell.Thanks a lot.

    Whenever I send an email it sends it twice, Also, it is very slow, I have to wait for the printing to respond before continuing the sentence.

    Recently noticed that when YAhoo applied the new design performance gone down at almostzero, files in email fail to be downloaded, slowed trancision between mails, folder get frozen when you click on them and so many many bugs! Get the old version back this one is a complete mess!

    PEOPLE ARE ON THIS SITE FOR EMAIL, NOT TO BUY SOMETHING. IF THE POP UP ADDS ARE SLOWING THINGS DOWN, GIVE YOUR USERS THE OPTION OF OPTING OUT OF POP UPS. THERE SHOULD BE ANOTHER WAY TO MONETIZE YOUR USER LIST. IF YOU DON'T SOLVE THIS PROBLEM YOU ARE NOT GOING TO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MAKING MONEY OFF OR YOUR USERS LIST BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HAVE ONE.

    The sidebar ads are a complete functionality FUBAR.

    Before my computer upgrade they slowed my email performance or caused it to lock up. Sometimes the only way to 'escape' from Yahoo email was to reboot the computer. After the upgrade, they are still slowing performance. I have used Yahoo email for decades and this is the first time I have seriously considered switching to another provider.

    I think Yahoo knows the ads slow performance and the only way around it is to pay for Mail Pro. Yet, when I click on the Mail Pro link it just locks up. Funny how karma works.

    why does it still not allow me to delete more than one new e-mail most of the time, especially when just signed in..It is also so slow most of the time except when I fill in your feedback forms., so can you please rectify .

    I have 60 K unread emails. I gave up cleaning the inbox as it is so slow. One should be allowed to allowed to choose 100 or 200, or 500 with the same address.

    Yahoo really sucks here.

    Quit trying to add all the bells and whistles. Clean up the functionality and speed up the performance. Your customers will be happier with faster, smoother use than they will with new colors.

    Network is ok. Mail very slow searching. Need to improve searching systems.

    Doesn't matter which browser I use, but Yahoo has slowed down considerably. I've started using another browser, NOT Yahoo. You should have left a good thing alone.

    Has a conflict with Dashlane password manager which slows yahoo mail frequently
