please stop the popups that you can't cancel...please stop pop up ads that scare me with high volume out of the blue...please stop hiding number of spam that needs to be deleted(it use to show you so you can clean out everyday)...please stop problems is chrome(why do email not stay at the top & why does my Norton security constantly shut down your page because of fake web attack...stop using companies for money who slow down our email, try to steal our information).

Unreasonably slow regardless of browser, computer, or ISP, new format has caused me to stop using yahoo mail almost altogether, as well as the constant bombardment of ads and popups, it's evolved to the point of being unusable.

Hey YAhoo, can't understand why you can't fix something as simple as a mail application. My other mail providers get it right and I don't pay for pro services with them.

It seems that any msg detailing how email is slow and jumpy and not up to par, gets relegated to over 100th place in the queue. I highlight an email to delete, and it jumps to another email as I am pressing the delete button...therefore deleting emails that are potentially important. This is unacceptable. You cannot smoothly scroll through your email, it is so slow and you should either give an option to return to old email, or re-release this new one when it really works. This is beta, this is not a workable program...It is unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to your customers. Seriously, how did this get pass those who run the testing. Unbelievable, and it seems to me incompetent management who made this decision.

Change the link dialog box. remove the pre-filled information. It creates problems as no one types the link, people copy and paste and the http is often wrong as it is supposed to https

Why cannot I delete e=mails that I do not wish to read, the tick enters the box but e-mail not deleted.
The system is slow generally when are you going back to the old system? -

NO other site is this slow-like dial up! I am on a Chromebook. Had my email with Yahoo since 1999! Am seriously considering changing to Gmail! This is ridiculous!

I switch to new mail and I can't see everything. I click more under the inbox and it does nothing! This really helps me be very productive.....
I want to go back to the old way, as it is that ran slow... -

You are so right. My wife is new to Yahoo and I wanted to get into my contacts in order to change her address, but was unable to even get into my contacts. Very embarrassed for Yahoo.

Overall application becomes slow when we visit yahoo, from any other application. clicks are very sensitive , takes you somewhere you don;t want to.

Hi there,
While newer fancy themes are nifty, I would love for there to be an option to go into 'simple' mode rather than being asked if I would like to switch back to classic. Because no, I love updated versions of anything but when the internet's slow I would love to switch to just a simple mode that can get the job done
