    Typing an email address into the "To" field: Very slow process with characters being randomly omitted and others needing to be typed in twice before appearing. This needs to be rectified.

    I do not understand why speed is so slow (after I finish typing a message, it takes over a minute, sometimes 2 before Yahoo finished). I also want to hide the annoying ad pane on the right side of mail but it won't stay hidden. When I click it OFF, it should stay OFF. If there is a way to do it, I wish someone would tell me how, not just post a reply because when I have asked a question before, I have never been able to find it again to see if anyone responded.

    This system is way to slow and very hard to get your stuff back, my contacts can not be edited and certain things have disappeared

    We have used ATT as service provider for over a decade and were told that the email windows come without ad space on the right-hand side of the Inbox. Never worked for us. New ads include videos that disrupt work. Neither ATT nor Yahoo have been any help on the issue.

    Mail has gotten so slow it is almost unusable.

    Make "basic" mail like it used to be - w/ options for fonts, emojis, etc.. I want a set nbr of msgs per page - not a continuous stream, and I do NOT want the next msg hi-lighted when I delete one! When Yahoo is running slow, as is often the case, I inadvertently end up deleting a msg that I didn't plan to because I thought that my first "delete" hadn't taken, so I click it a 2nd time. Then I find that it HAD taken, but was just slow, and it ends up deleting the next message! I also want to be able to forward emails using the "basic" version. When I try now, it garbles the message.

    It seems your "Push" is for mobile devices, and it slows down a pc. Maybe you should separate your platforms for mobile and stationary devices.

    Yahoo says that gives a big space availability for What !?
    We have documents on the side but they are just randomly showed.... They only help if you recently put them there or received if not I will never search there for a document.I will just search the email related which is much easier.
    So why don't we use that part of the documents to actually put own document/files in there or emails that contains documents and I would want to put them in different folders.

    uh, if I wanted to shop, i would shop. I dont need ADs in my face when i am reading my email. PLEASE! I used to love yahoo but now, I have switched most of my correspondence to GMAIL because it's expeditious and again, I am not constantly waiting for your ADs to load.

    yahoo attachment system is not good it takes lot of time to load.
    fix it as soon as possible and yahoo app is also very slow it always shoes errors in sending any kind of mail.

    i can not switch from new to spam to trash and back stupid it vary slow

    Wow, upgrade is very slow and I can't search just my inbox. Take me back to the older verision.
