You guys ever
YOU search for my idea. That, as it turns out, is your first mistake. The consumer is being met with a barrage of pop up surveys and solicitations. This is for YOUR benefit, not mine. Even now, I'm not sure I'll be able to get this to you and you can bet that I'll remember how difficult this was the next time. This wasn't even what I was going to write about, which was that starting the e-mail in that tiny, tiny text was really stupid, and even when you change it on the tool bar it reverts by the next paragraph. I assume that there's some control or 'profile' somewhere where I can change it permanently, but I haven't taken the time to find it and there are no obvious links.
