Think things through before making the change to begin with!
This is stupid. On different devices, I have the new and old format and they do not speak to each other! Changes made on one format are not reflected on the other...why would you claim this is an update and not even import and reflect our data appropriately? If youre making the change across the board, then do so, don't allow both formats to be running and not even manage them accordingly, this is an extremely sloppy implementation. After your major hack, we would think that you've taken better measures to not upset your customers.
