I use Quickbook Pro Desktop and it doesn't send ALL the emails
I use Quickbooks Pro 2017 Desktop. I send Invoice emails using my Yahoo email address in QB to our customers, sending from 1 to 40+ emails. It does not add a copy in my Yahoo Account Sent Folder.
We were getting calls that some customers never got the Invoice. However, when we send their 1 email, they get it. I added myself as a Blind Carbon Copy, BCC. We now are finding that if I send more that 2 or 3, I get my copy EXCEPT for 1 and sometimes 2. Yet I can resend that email without a problem. QB says it's a Yahoo problem. I escalated it to QB Level 2, but they say they don't have a way to test it. They have linked into my PC and can see the Problem, but don't know what to do.
Does anyone use QB Pro Desktop and send multiple emails to their customers?
