How about having some customer support instead of circular loops through browsing things? My 88 year old mother-in-law, who does not receive text messages, entered @yaqhoo.com incorrectly as her contact email. Now we can't talk her through retrieving pictures of her granddaughters or logging in or anything, and we have no way to fix that problem for her (since we can't log in) and all attempts to fix the problem send emails to yaqhoo.com instead of yahoo.com. This needs to be fixed by a Yahoo employee, but there is no way to reach one. So we're going to have to talk an old woman through creating a gmail account (since we live on opposite coasts) and abandon all her old yahoo information, all because she made a typo on her email address when she signed up for it many years ago. You have lost all pretense of being a real company, and I cannot wait for you to die.
