Problem in downloading attachments
There is a constant problem in downloading attachments, please rectify this inconvenience to the users..thank you

Cannot download attachments for at least the past 48 hours. Likewise I can't save or print. Having to forward to my account at your rival Gmail to do normal business. Surely if other people can do business from' home, your staff can work from home.

Since this morning I am not able to download attachments. I can only view them in Preview. I cannot even print from Preview to save as PDF. Please fix this soon.

i forward the mail to a gmail account and download the attachments from there. -

I have Yahoo Pro email. Half of the time when I send attachments, it works flawlessly. After a few days, my attachments are send through the old less efficient system. Why is their so much inconsistency? Can anything be done for fix this?

Mine wil not attach either. Someties it brings up list but still doesn't attach most time it doesn't even show the list. Occassionaly it will attach if you log out nd back in and attach to a newly composed e-mail rather than replying. Extremely frustarating as I have to use an alternative e-mail and send to myself and forward or maybe I will just change email now and notify everyone to that effect. I need this facility.

why - Why - WHY can I not designate WHERE I want mu DOWNLOADS to be SAVED
I see absolutely NO mention of "DOWNLOADS" &
I am tired of MOVING all of my DOWNLOADS out of "YOUR" Default locations !!!

The new email system is a joke. I can no longer print or download any attachments. I am considering going to drop the yahoo email and switch to Gmail. It has been going on for months now and I am getting tired of having to forward emails to my Company email system to be able to download and print off attachments. Also not supporting internet explorer any longer. Please fix these issues.

I consider leaving yahoo mail, after more then 20 years! Since I HAD to switch to the new e-mail system, I am unable to download any attachments. Download is possible in the old mail system, but Yahoo automatically switches me back!

I cannot download manuscripts, pdf files, tif, powerpoint, etc. Only preview. When I try to save the preview, it save as web complete file. This is necessary for my work!!!!!
I went back to my old yahoo mail, the new one is awful, and also jumps all over the place and trashes mail I have not even responded to. -

Downloading the attachments has been getting difficult for about one moth. I suppose It might be reated with cooperation with a new organzation ( I cannor remember its name). My computer tires "connecting with the main computer", however it can not. I am triying tens of times but downloaidng is not possble even for small volume of a single file. I hope it will be corrected . Otherwise I will swith to a mail box servive provider other than yahoo.

Takes forever have to try several times and sometimes more than 15 before it will open and then when it finally decides to open it opens as many times as I tried. Very time consuming and bothersome I am thinking of using a different email server.

Sometimes I have to hover over my attachment 20+ times before it will let me open it if it is at the bottom of an email thread. This is very annoying and time consuming!
