Bring Back Ability to Access and Edit Group Contact Lists
The group lists I created in my email contacts are no longer accessible. Yahoo Help chat told me the feature was removed. Please bring it back! I need to edit those lists and possibly create new ones.

To access your contacts from Mail:
- Click on the Contacts icon in the upper right (just to the right of “Sort”)
- From there you will be taken to All Contacts.
- If you want to access your lists click on lists at the top right of the contacts pane.
- Use the drop down arrow to the right of the list name to change lists.
Thank you!

I use my Contact List, or used to, as it won't even open anymore. When it did, it did not have the information it used to. Those who create these programs need to understand why and how users use email and stop changing it to what they need. There is no need to keep changing things. Find something else to do, like bringing back the Contact List and content we had.

You CAN still access and edit them; it is just VERY different and NOT as easy.
Once you click on the Contact icon, click on the Lists tab.
Click Edit to add or remove contacts from a list.
When in Edit mode, click the three dot menu (...) to use the Delete List option. What is still missing is the following (but used to exist!):
There is no way to see which Group List a contact belongs to via the Contact list.
When creating a contact, there is no way to add them to a Group List at the same time.
There is no way to add a contact to multiple Group Lists at one time.
There is no way to remove a contact from multiple Group Lists at one time.
There is no way to add multiple contacts to one or more Group lists at one time.
There is still no way to list all contacts that are unfiled (not assigned to any Group list) (was a feature at one point in the past). If any of this still exists, it is not obvious. Really cripples using Yahoo Mail like before.
Please restore functionality!

How do I access my group contact lists? And how do I add people to a group?

I agree. The names of the 2 groups I created have disappeared. Luckily I remember what they are, BUT I can't assign new contacts to any groups at all. Why Not?
Will reluctantly consider changing to another provider.
I presume somebody has been paid a lot of money to make all the unnecessary changes- or is it just to keep them occupied? -

How will I know if you plan to bring back the option to create and edit contact lists. If the answer is "no" just say so, I can move on

Totally upset about this change.
I am horrified to think that I will now have to spend lots of time changing email providers just to be able to keep doing what I have been doing happily with Yahoo for years -

I am unsettled and frustrated at this change. Imagine my surprise when I log on to send an email to a group of individuals who volunteer with me for individuals with disabilities. I can no longer send them needed messages nor see their other pertinent information. So very disappointed in Yahoo!

I will change email providers if this doesn’t get fixed. I use the mailing list option frequently.

Bring back the ability to make group lists. Should never have lost it in the first place.

I must have may my Group Lists in my Mail. I use them all of the time. I add, edit and assign new people to groups. Will have to find another email if this feature is not restored. Went back to Classic Mail because it is there and easy to use.

I too depend on this feature. Why did I update to Mail Pro and get fewer features? That's progress?
