How can we improve New Mail?

MISSING EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!

I am missing a very specific email I am trying to locate. The new format only says I received an email in July 2018. WHERE IS IT THE EMAIL?!?!?! I NEED IT!!

    month-old emails. It's obvious you guys don't give a fuzzy rat's behind what users think since apparently a LOT of us have this problem. And you send us to"Sort"? ridiculous.

    I tried to upgrade to the 'no ads' version of Yahoo Mail and immediately the system lost my 9 years of emails. I'm distraught! There is no help function and even though Yahoo happily allows the upgrade there is now no way I can ask for this to revert to before. Help help!

    contacts and folders are gone after your change today.......NOT happy, I had some important things in folders and I can't even begin to tell you what the loss of contacts means...

    Dont delete automatically, unless its spam or bulk. Inbox or named/group folders untouchable. I have lost several email loo s to who knows where.

    Look here!!!!!!!!!!!!.............................. I just posted a complaint. It is neither an idea for you to process, or a comment. I want you to either return me to the old email format, or find out what happened to my trash folder and then reinstate it. I don't want a reply telling me how sorry you are and how you have my best interest at heart and how you are striving to be the best and take my comments very seriously. I want you to actually DO something. So..................DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS - IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Your new format is hopeless. Where is my 'trash' folder? A LOT OF MY MAIL HAS HISTORICALLY BEEN DIVERTED TO THIS FOLDER, ( I don't know why this happened, but I'd got used to it), AND NOW IT IS MISSING!!! Where is my mail - you have really messed me about!!!!!!

    This is a problem that's just happened when moving emails to a designated folder.
    In the 'find a folder' box if I type in a number to identify the folder, the email disappears. If I type a letter then it's OK.
    I've tried using Yahoo Mail in Chrome and IE - no difference - HELP

    Yes. You improve new mail. And i lost all of mails. I wish you returned me to my lod format.

    HI,today when I sign in my yahoo acc then I seen there is empty inbox,there is nothing, I have to much data since 2004 or 2005 that was my golden assets, but yahoo company erase my all Inbox Email. this is realy not fair. I want back my all Inbox emails. how can I get back. pls reply,its realy serious and necessary. pls help me out

    All of my folders, drafts, mails and pictures from over 12 years, on this signed in account was deleted. It stored many passwords and financial info I needed periodically, such as Pay Pal.

    Showing my inbox EMPTY! And my sent folder empty! What is going on? I've had 2 accounts for over a decade that are showing empty!
