Yahoo mail is so slow

Yahoo mail is so so so slow on my computer. I've been using my college email address instead (gmail) because it works so much better. However, now that I am about to graduate I have been using my yahoo email more - but it's just so frustrating how glitchy and slow it is. I really do not want to have to get an entire new email address (I would definitely use gmail if I made a new one) but if this isn't fixed soon I'm not going to have a choice.

    On a regular basis, if I decide to review a message in Trash while using the Web mail, it won't open. Moments later a yellow banner at the top says something like "another site is preventing the page from opening". I'm accustomed to having multiple tabs open like most people, and this is annoying and needs to be resolved.

    System way too slow, and I can't stand the list of emails devoted to each conversation, too distracting. I know how to find the emails I want. Change this or I am permanently going to outlook. Which is a way better system. And I can't ever export contacts. Just a big waste of time!!

    When loading a preview takes longer then downloading the file and open it. and when you wirte and email and the text comes with a delay..

    I must commend you on the latest update of Yahoo mail. Before your last update I didn't experience the fun of watching my entire inbox disappear upon deleting an email, only to reappear way down the list. With the old version I missed out on the fun of reading an email, only to have it jump to the bottom of the mail, forcing me to continually scroll back up to continue reading. It was so silly that in your old version the moment I clicked to either select, open, delete, or any other action it instantly happened, I didn't have those extra 5 to 6 seconds, after clicking, (yes I timed it) to contemplate life, or why Yahoo mail ***** so much. When I add up those extra seconds considering all things done in Yahoo mail, what a chunk of time I get to waste using your crappy product. Thank you, Yahoo, for taking a usable product, to one that is slow, draggy, buggy, erratic, unreliable...certain of my contacts that could mail me before your upgrade now cannot get their emails through...what fun. Of course I can always switch to the basic version, but that's basically useless as most features are disabled, because let's face it, you really don't want your users to have a frustration free experience now do you? I can hardly wait for your next upgrade where you will advance to complete uselessness.

    Restore the prompts to make it easier to page down as well as to delete
    a days worth of listings.
    This is now SOOO SLOOWWW. It is almost unusable..

    Mail system is too slow to respond. Clearing Spam or Trash takes too long to go from one to the other. Don't like the mail setup.

    Mark emails as read is slow - it takes a long time even if there is only few emails.

    Even simple stuff, like deleting a contact is onerous. Hit "reply" to an email, and unless you remember to move the cursor, the first few words of your response are covered by that person's name and flashy new initials.
    Who comes up with this nonsense?
    Jeeez...inertia has kept me in yahoo! mail, while so many friends have abandoned it. I'm getting ready to do the same.
    Hard to imagine how I'd keep my job, if I kept offering lower and lower standards of quality. Looks like I'm not alone in feeling this way.

    The new e-mail has nice features, but it would not let me move my e-mails or even open the settings or anything, so I changed it back to the old one.

    How do I get yahoo to help me to fix my email. It is very slow in accessing individual messages, very slow in returning to menu (showing all the elmails), very slow in scrolling. I cant seem to correspond with yahoo, Why? Others in the FAQ seems to have the same problem. Has YAHOO abandoned US because we are not paying for yahoo mail?

    mail keeps reloading. i cant check mail. i have cleared history and cashe but still reloading. its also not my ad blocker cause the website has been white listed. what can i do to fix this issue?

    I DON'T RECEVE ANYMORE MAIL FROM *****_**@***********.EU ... FOR EXAMPLE ... GOD KNOWS HAW MANY MAIL I DON'T RECEVE ... THIS THINGS SUCK ... IT IS NOT OK FOR U TO DO THIS.

    I feel so ****** off by the miserable product that you date call a mail service. Disgusting. Slow, unreliable, none functional p.. of sh....

    You should really be ashamed of it. I will try my best to leave it behind ASAP and never use it again. ******** very much

    What happened to my batch delete and move options?
    When I try to check a box, the email opens!
    Bring THAT feature back, please. I get too many emails that I need to be able to batch delete.
    It's too dangerous, this way.
