    This new format is horrible and so not user friendly. When you want to create a new "folder" to put your mail in...you can't do it on the "move" tab. Very annoying. PLUS I HATE the look of it.

    I hate that if I use Yahoo for 1 of my emails, then I'm forced to use Yahoo as my homepage! Sorry, but I prefer Google/Chrome as my search engine. So, everytime I try to use Google search, I'm switched to Yahoo for my search engine. I think this is very wrong! I WILL be discontinuing Yahoo very shortly! This is VERY, VERY WRONG and I must say that it is also VERY, VERY PREJUDICIAL!!!!

    I liked the older Background Themes..they were Personal and more up beat..Sorry the new Backgrounds just SUCK

    I agree 100% with this person. Why not leave things as they are??? Yahoo asked me 10000 times to switch and I've refused each and any time!!! And what did they do?? => Switched anyway! So why bother asking in the first place??? That's not customer care, that's customer TORTURE!!!!!!!!!

    Your new design makes it hard to read messages.What I want is a simple efficient way to deal with the messages I receive. You used to offer that. Why did you ever change it for some jazzed up arty interface that obscures the actual text one needs to read and understand.
