dont force the change, I dont want it and it looks like others dont either

    how do i switch back to classic. why do you force inconvenient, uncomfortable changes onto us unnecessarily ?

    all of my mails gone when i resigned this time , where these mails have been ? I have used it for many years and now there were noting in my inbox and outbox ,how can i get those mails back ? It is very important !

    Let me be blunt - the new email format SUCKS - and that is an understatement. Fire whoever devised this horror show. Gmail is looking better and better

    I concur 100% I liked Yahoo Mail before AOL/Verizon bought it. Bring back the old, backgrounds etc. I am to the point where they are about to loose a long time Yahoo email customer. Gmail will do so much more for you.

    You forced me to change my adblocker settings, now I can't respond to emails. I push enter to go to the next line and it won't let me put spaces in between.

    I can not get to my old mail box and i hate you force me to sync my cell phone into my laptop.which i cant delet old e-mails .

    Please Yahoo Mail programmers, let me choose 'Unread' emails in View and let that keep instead of the date format. The current date separation of emails is prehistoric looking, not sleek and is a challenge every time I use it. It eats so much viewing space too. Just a few coding lines would make 'Unread' in the View emails section wonderful. Thank You!

    Yahoo mail is getting more difficult to work through. Updates make changes that no one seems to like. Who is making these changes, are they a person that actually uses this service, or someone that is trying to get as much money from ads and people alike? Very frustrating when you can not even open a new feedback post. I will be looking for an alternative mail service. Yahoo does not have a clue on what the end user wants or even likes.

    Agreed. Latest "upgrade" defaults back to "newest on top" just with me changing folders. This just keeps getting worse with every upgrade. Give me the **** ability to select a default view and have it stay that way PERIOD.

    i agree........i like all "unread" e-mails at the top and hate the change yahoo has forced on everyone......at least allow me to change and have it stick.......thanks

    I have the issue as Rayce below. My sort order reverts back to default whenever you leave an email. I want the sort order to stay where I select UNTIL I select different.

    When I now log in & set my emails to `unread`, it now reverts back to default settings every time I read an email
