How can we improve New Mail?

blocking filters hit before spam filters please and allow *.* in filters

I'm getting email@myip##.XXXXXXXXX.XXXXX. Every number and different names in the xxxxxxxxx's. How can I block email@myip. to get them all. And please hit block filters before sending this junk to my spam folder.

    Stop issuing numbers to junk mail so they can be blocked, You're just giving them a new way to get around blocks,
