How can we improve New Mail?

Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete

Since the new changes it has become much more difficult to search and edit or delete a single contact. It would be very helpful if a dropdown menu were available to search by several choices such as ending email address or last name or company. partial name, with the ability to select the item and go to edit.

    Hate the new contact system.
    Cannot order alphabetically by last name
    Only the ALL list is able to be ordered alphabetically by FIRST NAME!
    The lack of these functions is hopeless when I need to cross check.
    There is no ability to add an existing contact to a specific list.
    The previous system enabled a view of which lists a person belonged to which is very useful.
    This unannounced change is costing me time and money. Why was there no guide on how to use this?
    When will it be rectified OR when will YAHOO return to the much preferred previous contact system!
    PLEASE GET THIS SORTED ASAP

    I agree - this is ridiculous. I can't easily add new clients to previously made lists. It shouldn't be this hard

    My Contact Lists won't update? I have made several additions and deletions to a list in my contacts. When I go into contacts the list is correct, but when I type the list name in the TO: line of my email the old list (without new info) is what loads.

    An earlier version of your user interface allowed users to select up to 500 contacts at once to delete. The new contact user interface only allows deletion one contact at a time; this is INSANE. Please bring back the old contact user interface so that we can bulk-delete contacts.

    How in the **** can I edit my contacts? It will not let me do anything except send an email. WTF? Not to mention, for some reason my daughter's name was changed to MY name and I cannot correct it. How long is it going to take for you to correct this? Why am I paying extra for horrible service?

    Please go back to full screen showing contacts and also allow me to easily click the contact and add them into groups. (You know, exactly how it used to be done.) I have duplicates coming into some of my lists, but cannot access either address in my contracts to edit or delete them. Then cannot add the contact I want into a list. It takes WAY too many clicks, and the information I need and am trying to assemble won't even sync. Please change this back asap. I see many many reviews on how terrible this new format is.

    Bring back old contact list system,I can't remove unwanted contacts. I can't change order to Last name first. Not all contacts are shown unless I click see more for each letter a-z, I can't click on an email address and click add to contact list. Contacts are listed that I never put in my contacts.

    No box to check for deleting, as you said that is how to delete a contact. Try putting a box there so we can check it.

    Contact list is just ****. I need to delete multiple contacts and I can't. It must be done one at a time. Why did this happen?

    impossible to change a contact to a different list. A "save" button shows up, but then the contact is not in the list. Lost all my list info when Yahoo forced me to go to the newest version of mail. Tried to start list over again, but with countless contacts, not worth the trouble. May as well start a new email address in google or somewhere. I can't tell you how irritating it is to have contact info changes and their locations.

    I need my contacts listed by last name. Have tried everything but impossible to adjust. Looks like I need to try another service to meet our group needs.

    Unable to load my contacts as a group into my messages. Sending a message does NOT send and ends up as a "DRAFT" in red letters. This system is of no use to me. Please restore as it was before or I will have to find a system that works as it should.

    Agree totally. Totally frustrating when you can only find a contact by 1st name only......STUPID!!!

    how do i delete several items on my contacts list ? many people have asked but no answer can be found. Yahoo ! wake up.

    So frustrating, no new stationery and the "new" emojis that don't move are stupid. Come on , try giving us what we like!
    Also I can't add contacts to my groups they just go into my main list.
    Please stop trying to" improve" our mail.
    Apparently it's making it easier on your end but just upsetting your customers!

    I am totally frustrated with your organization of the contact list. It was so easy to see the whole list and edit and reorganize groups. Now it is horrible! I do not see even the word edit or delete or add. Ridiculous!

    Can't select specific contacts to send email. How do I do this???
