How can we improve New Mail?

Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete

Since the new changes it has become much more difficult to search and edit or delete a single contact. It would be very helpful if a dropdown menu were available to search by several choices such as ending email address or last name or company. partial name, with the ability to select the item and go to edit.

    I have always used Yahoo for my address book/contacts over other options because of ease of use. In particular I used the 'lists' to manage emailing groups like soccer teams. The new version is not easy to use and the lists don't reflect the changes made (adds or deletions aren't reflected when you try to pull them into an email). Is there a user option to revert back to the old version of contacts?

    i am really frustrated with the new contact list format, am considering totally dropping yahoo all together.

    cannot figure out how to add/edit contact lists!! Very frustrating!! The new yahoo mail is VERY UNuser friendly! Makes me contemplate a new email for my business.

    I agree - does not give you the alternative to delete a contact or change it - much preferred the old email - wish you could just change me back

    Do not like the new contact listing - having problem deleting email - or changing existing email addresses

    You admit that contacts does not work. Put back classic until you get ALL of email synced, up and running!

    I am already signed into Yahoo, have to sign in and it then calls me "anonymous, I am not f***ing anonymous, I have been using Yahoo since you began. I really need to switch everything to G-mail.

    This has to be the worst design I have seen yet in Yahoo mail. Why are you messing with a layout that worked well and was intuitive. It looks as if this layout/methodology was never tested by anyone other that the programmer.BAH

    You've made me use my gmail account to send out lists or groups of contacts. It is impossible to add, edit or manipulate the contact information

    How did you manage to ***** this up so badly? Contacts on the Android don't line up with what I am seeing on Windows desktop web version.
    Are you trying to get me to abandon Yahoo all together?
    PLEASE EITHER FIX THIS OR GO BACK TO THE WAY IT USED TO BE! Thank you.

    Your new contact list format is nothing short of downright awful! Everything about it is difficult while the old, former format was extremely easy to work with. I see names of contacts repeated multiple times in the new format, and that makes it even more confusing and harder to work with. PLEASE EITHER FIX THIS OR GO BACK TO THE WAY IT USED TO BE! Thank you.

    Yahoo email is plain junk ,it was far better to have the old email. there was no problems with it. you could read your email with out the next one popping up. cant delete contacts hard to fine contacts ,the adds covers yo 1/3 of your email page. I cant fine a thing good to say about the new email, yahoo should give you a choices on what you want the new or old email. but reading some of yahoo news, they don't believe in freedom of choice, its there way or the high way.

    I can't add any new contacts or edit the ones I have other than to delete them.
