Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete
Since the new changes it has become much more difficult to search and edit or delete a single contact. It would be very helpful if a dropdown menu were available to search by several choices such as ending email address or last name or company. partial name, with the ability to select the item and go to edit.

First idea: Yahoo please read and respond to feedback. I want to be able to organise contacts by surname. When I have deleted a contact, I don't want it to it still come up if I search for someone of the same first name or surname. Why oh why have you made such a mess of the contact list, Yahoo?
Pleas sort it out!!! -

It is impossible to edit a contact. All that is allowed is the name. Cannot add email address and phone number. What good is just the name?!!! Come on Yahoo...fix this!

Please give us back the option to assign a contact (new or existing) to a list. Before i could go to the contact and move from one list to another. Old yahoo had this option and I used it all the time. New yahoo does not allow. In this regard, old yahoo was better. Please give us back this time saving option.

The new inbox is not nearly as easy to use as the previous one. Contacts as a sidebar to the Inbox page is stupid and their are multiple entries for every individual. That has to be a programming error. It would be nice if developers would keep Interface Pages like the Inbox, Contactes, Calendar, etc constant. New navigation and appearance do not add anything but miserey. We do not need to learn new stuff for viewing and finding existing information.

Previously we were able to create mailing list from our contacts. This is an important tool and a huge time saver. Please enable this again.

If you make a group email, it's set in stone, it won't allow you to add additional names to it later.
A group email under Contacts > Lists > Edit should allow you to change existing group members if needed.
Thanks! -

additionally in the past we could download our contacts and the category came with them. That was my tool to update my 4500 contact list of customers and make sure they were getting appropriate emails.... Now I cant do that either.

What a time wasting and stupid change to make in Contacts. It seems impossible to edit one or print out a list. How could such a customer-unfriendly change have been agreed by management?

Sloooowwww, not recognizing my contacts, cannot even access my contacts to add/delete them from groups. If this doesn't change, I'm moving my email account... which stinks because I've been a fan of yahoo since the 90s.

contact list is dreadful. plus after agreeing to the 'convenience' of linking three yahoo addresses for 'ease of login' the contacts from ALL THREE which are TOTALLY SEPARATE groups of people are conjoined. very confusing, totally unwieldy. unable to edit.

I can't add a contact to a specific list. This is very annoying as I have to add contacts from the main list anytime I email the group.
